Adding Foods > Eliminating Foods

Silence & Solitude > Having No Margin

Enjoying Movement > Punishing Yourself

Sleep > Burning the Midnight Oil

Authentic Community > Digital Community

Doing What You Can > Perfection

For Others > For Yourself

Health is full of principles. These are guidelines that help shape your behaviors.

The catch is that principles are only valuable when they are practiced.

"To do your best you need your rest" is only helpful when you practice priming your environment for better rest.

"Community is the greatest dose of accountability" only works if you practice spending (majority of your) time with people who help you become more like Christ.

"Ruthlessly eliminate hurry" only bears fruit whenever you practice disconnecting from work and technology.

Spend more time practicing.

One of my favorite reminders in life is to keep the main things the main things. I say it often to myself and to those around me.

They have a powerful ability to recenter life back to where it should be.
