True? In some cases. But many times, false.

In fact, the people with the best self-control are typically the ones who need it the least.

Truly healthy people don’t rely on heroic willpower but simply spend less time in tempting situations.

Movement is medicine. 

The more safely and effectively you move your body, the more resilient and robust you become.
