Having poor sleep makes everything else more difficult: low energy for workouts, increased food cravings, less discipline, poor mood, less patience, less love, etc.
How can you start? Parent your phone - put it to bed 30:00 before you.

Struggling to find larger chunks of time for workouts, walks, or mobility?
Try movement snacks. Short bouts of purposeful movement that add up over time. (2-10 minutes)

You don't win health. It's not a race and there is no finish line. But culture acts like if you don't win then you're a failure.
True health is focused on basic principles done consistently over time to steward what you've been given well. You are playing the long game.
