Here's a list of go-to healthy snacks:

– Greek yogurt with granola

– Carrots & hummus

– Banana, peanut butter & honey (this is good with nuts too!)

– Bell pepper, hummus & ham

– Handful of mixed nuts

– Bowl of fruit (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)

– Cottage cheese, peaches & walnuts

– Beef Jerky

– "Chickpea Nuts" (roasted & seasoned chickpeas)

Behind every behavior is a belief. For example . . .

Belief: "I believe taking care of my physical health is important."

Behaviors: meal prepping, working out, prioritizing sleep

Outcome: better physical health (i.e. decreased body fat, increased muscle, more energy, etc)

If you have a desired outcome, don't just focus on the behaviors, start with your beliefs.
