Kids that are healthy on the inside are better equipped to deal with pressure from the outside.

Each year, the Environmental Working Group ranks produce with the most pesticides and chemicals. This list is called the "Dirty Dozen," and is as follows:

Strawberries

Spinach

Kale, collard & mustard greens

Peaches
-
Pears
-
Nectarines
-
Apples
-
Grapes
-
Bell & hot peppers
-
Cherries
-
Blueberries
-
Green beans
So here are 3 tips:

Wash your hands before (& after) handling fresh produce

Rinse your produce before peeling (this reduces the risk of dirt & bacteria)

Dry your produce with a clean cloth or paper towel

What does this mean?
An unhealthier soul has a higher capacity for duplicity. And a healthier soul has a lower capacity for duplicity.
A question to consider: How big (or small) is the gap between my inner self & the self I project to others?
