Metabolic flexibility is the body's ability to alter its metabolism due to exercise & available fuel (or lack thereof).

In other words, the healthier you are, the greater your body can adapt to different physical demands (i.e. excess or lack of exercise, inconsistent nutrition) and maintain a high metabolism.

So what's the best way to improve metabolic flexibility?

Consistency in your sleeping, eating & movement habits.
