A Question, Good vs Bad Foods & Increasing Love

There is no such thing as ‘good’ or ‘bad’ foods.

Why? Because food does not possess morality.

It is either more beneficial or less beneficial to the body.

When you’re healthy, you can love better.

Here’s how:

When you pursue a truly healthy life, you remove unnecessary limitations in your life.

When you remove unnecessary limitations in your life, you gain greater levels of freedom.

When you gain greater levels of freedom, you are set free from the things that restrain you from love (i.e. self-centeredness, sinful patterns, past hurts, insecurities).

And when you are set free from the things that restrain you from love, your love increases.

A healthier you leads to a more loving you.
