But here’s the beauty of focus: it can be shifted.

Truly healthy people are able to determine when good things start to detract from the main things.
For example: An exciting opportunity (a good thing), such as a new business venture or an outing with friends, might take time away from your family (the main thing).
You don’t always have to say no.
But make sure the main things stay the main things.
