1. Make your kitchen less "loungeable." The more you hang out in the kitchen, the more you'll eat.
2. Make tempting foods invisible & inconvenient. Rearrange your cupboard, pantry, and refrigerator so the first foods you see are the best for you.
3. If you have kids, set up a designated “kids’ cupboard” that’s off-limits to you (i.e. poptarts, cookies, etc).
4. Buy in bulk & repackage huge portions into single servings.
5. Make it easier to cook – use cookware you prefer, set the utensils out, etc.
