You may have heard eating 3 balanced meals is helpful. But what makes a meal balanced?
A meal is balanced when it has a carbohydrate, protein & fat in it.
Each macronutrient helps digestion and blood sugar regulation. Some examples of balanced meals include:
– salad, with chicken & cashews
– greek yogurt, with fruit & almonds
– a bell pepper, with humus & sliced deli meat
– eggs, with fruit & avocado toast

Throughout the Gospels, Jesus said hard things on a regular basis.
But most of the time, his tone was tender and wise.
Unlike culture’s definition of love as not disagreeing with someone, Jesus constantly disagreed with people, in love.
