Truly healthy people don’t make time an excuse.
Because it can’t be.
Everyone has the same amount of it. It’s simply a reflection of priorities.

There are 3 nutrients every human needs in large quantities: carbohydrates, protein & fat. These are called macronutrients.
– When you think of carbs, think fuel & function.
– When you think of protein, think recover & rebuild.
– When you think of fats, think storage & support.
None of them are "good" or "bad." None of them "make you fat." God made each of them to support a specific function in the body.

The more you fight a feeling, the more it controls you. Because whatever you resist, persists.
The secret of victory over a temptation is simply to change the channel of your mind.
Refocus your attention on something else, and the temptation immediately loses its power over you.
"We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." (2 Corinthians 10v5)
