Culture's version of love:
- a verb
- an intense feeling or deep affection
- what you can fall in & out of
- a race to the "front of the line"
- something that ultimately satisfies / fulfills / benefits you
True health's version of love:
- a verb & noun
- an others-first way of life that creates life-giving relationships
- a willful act to place the good of another above yourself
- a race to the "back of the line"
- something that ultimately satisfies / fulfills / benefits someone else

A common misunderstanding of health:
Health is a season, fad, phase or "kick." (i.e. "You're just in a big health kick right now.")
Truth:
Health is about quality of life for the duration of life, not just for one season of life.
