The best trick the enemy ever did was convinced people he didn’t exist.

There is no magic pill for exercise. But there is one thing that will get you to your results quicker:

Intensity.

Simply put, this is how hard you go. The effort you give; how deep you dig; how fast you run.

You will get fitter running a mile versus walking it. Don't get me wrong, both have their place though. I intentionally run & walk.

The next time you exercise, focus on increasing intensity. This may look like . . .

  • Running faster
  • Lifting more weight
  • Maxing out
  • Finishing more reps
  • Holding the stretch longer
  • "Emptying the tank"

The bottom line: The greatest physical ROI comes from higher intensity exercises.
