True health is both a journey and the destination.
For example: I am on pursuit to live healthier than I am now (journey). But at the same time, I am healthier than I was before (destination).
People who only view it as a journey struggle with being grateful & content. People who only view it as a destination struggle with not feeling good enough & not measuring up.
Enjoy the journey. Pursue the destination.
Be thankful for both.

Your body is like a car.
Just like a car’s dashboard alerting you when there’s an issue, your body gives you signals when something is off.
Such as:

Increased heart rate

Tightness in your chest

Sensations in your stomach

Tension in your head
What stems from a mental or emotional health issue presents itself in your physical health.
Listen to your body.
