Many people have the knowledge but lack the discipline to shrink the gap between what they should do and what they actually do.

For example:

– Many people know they should get 8 hours of sleep. But they don't.

– Many people know they should have a work-life balance. But they don't.

– Many people know they should save more than they spend. But they don't.

Truly healthy people continually shrink this gap.
