External vs Internal, Righteous & How Sleep Impacts Nutrition
Jul 13, 20231)
Truly healthy people don’t let external things control their internal world.
For example:
-
The news doesn’t dictate their mood.
-
Their job doesn’t dictate their joy.
-
Their money doesn’t dictate their peace.
-
Their weight doesn’t dictate their worth.
2)
Being right does not equal being righteous.
3)
When someone averages less than 7 hours of sleep consistently, the body produces more of the "appetite" hormone (i.e. "I'm hungry.") and less of the "fullness" hormone (i.e. "I'm full.")
The result?
Eating more than necessary.
The answer?
Get 7+ hours of sleep each night.
