The True Health Paradox entails the following:
Living in "should" without living in shame
There are many "shoulds" in health: we "should" eat clean, we "should" spend time with Jesus, we "should" move daily, we "should" pray for orphans & widows, etc.
But what do you do when you don't do what you should do?
You don't allow shame into the equation.
Because God's grace fills the gaps.
We still strive to hit the "shoulds" everyday. Jesus raised the bar high for His followers. But we never allow the enemy to infiltrate shame into our souls.
Instead, we abide in God's grace.
