Sufficient sleep

Anything that encourages intimacy with Jesus

Truly healthy people don’t pray for joy, patience or self-control.
Instead, they pray to “set their minds on the Spirit.” (Romans 8)
Because the byproduct of living in the Spirit are His fruits: joy, patience, self-control. (Galatians 5).

When you rest properly, you are not paying a tax on your health.
You are investing in it.
