I personally have a set of practices I prioritize for each area of my health.
Here are a few of my relational health one's . . .
- I strive to believe the best in most scenarios
- I prioritize deep & real relationships
- I don’t expect my friends to be someone I am not
- I set appropriate boundaries
- I ask questions. Then genuinely listen

Following Jesus is not a private, therapeutic, mental-only belief system.
It's public, communal, refining; a lifestyle. Intended to permeate every thought, conversation, desire, situation, pursuit & relationship.
The true mark of a following Jesus is whole life integration.
It's the answer to the question: "How does following Jesus impact my __________?" (job, money habits, accounts I follow, what I desire, etc)

Information + Application = Transformation
In the context of exercise:
Knowing what exercise to do + actually exercising = Finally reaching your goals
In the context of nutrition:
Knowing what to eat + actually eating what you need = Finally reaching your goals
Both (information & application) are crucial to your success.
