  • One half is vegetables.

  • One quarter is lean protein.

  • One quarter is a starch or fruit.

It’s easy, simple and sustainable.

Truly healthy people are not angry people. If you struggle with chronic anger, here a 4 tips to help:

 

1) Identify who you’re angry with.

2) Determine what they owe you.

3) Cancel the debt by forgiving them.

4) Don’t let the anger build up again.
