Dec 29, 20221)

When you numb shame, guilt and fear, you also numb joy, gratitude and happiness.

Many people eat food not based on what they are but where they are.
-
In the pantry, the snacks at eye level get eaten first.
-
In the refrigerator, the easily spotted fruit gets grabbed first.
-
In the grocery store, the treats at the endcap get bought first.

A small change in what you see can lead to a big shift in what you do.
