Two Muscles, Abundance & Drinking Water

There are two important muscles that need to be developed that many tend to neglect:

  • Your heart muscle

  • Your self-awareness muscle

Both have the capacity to improve your health significantly.

Jesus said, β€œI have come so that you can life, and have it abundantly.”

Abundant in joy, strength, peace, energy, self-control, hope and love. Abundance is not prosperity, financial, or circumstantial.

Abundance is internal, not external.

 

 

 

3)

Truly healthy people drink a minimum of half of their body weight in ounces of water every day.

Example: A 200lb person drinks, at least, 100oz of water every day.

Find it difficult? Here are a few tips:

#1 – Carry a water bottle. You’ll drink more simply because it’s in sight.

#2 – Bookend your days. As soon as you wake up, drink water. Right before you go to bed, drink water.

#3 – Add fruit to your water. This will enhance the taste and increase your nutritional intake.
