Culture's view of looking at food:
- How many calories is this?
- Is this "good" or "bad" for me?
- When will this food go bad? (shelf life)
- How much cardio do I need to do to burn this off?
- What foods do I need to avoid?
True health's view of looking at food:
- Is this a nutrient dense food?
- How beneficial is this? Physically AND relationally, emotionally, etc?
- What will this food do to my body?
- Is this stewarding God's temple well?
- What foods do I need to add?
