Greater levels of health = Greater alignment with God's design

Lower levels of health = Lower alignment with God's design

There’s a difference between movement and exercise.

Exercise is what you do for 1 hour in the gym.

Movement is what you do with the remaining 23 hours.

Here at HOLO HLTH, we are less concerned about HOW you exercise versus IF you move.

Reflection is a vital component to spiritual formation.

We don’t change from our experience, we change when we reflect on our experience.
