Here are 3 things I would tell anyone who wants to improve their physical health:

01 – You need to strength train. Lift heavy weights, resistance train, etc. Cardio alone will not get you there.

02 – Protein, protein & more protein. Most people severely under eat protein. But it's vital if you want lasting results.

03 – Go on more walks. Your body actually burns more through non-exercise activity than exercise. Just google "NEAT Movement."

Exhaustion is the breeding ground for many sins.
