Who You Become, Addition vs Subtraction & True Health

Your life is the byproduct of your lifestyle.

Your health is the reflection of your habits.

Because what you regularly engage in shapes who you become.

Culture focuses on what is not included in foods (i.e. gluten free, dairy free, sugar free). Many times, these foods are processed and artificial.

True health focuses on what is in foods (i.e. antioxidants, nutrients, vitamins). Many times, these are foods are whole, real foods.

Health is not about subtraction but addition.

There is a difference between complicated and demanding.

Complicated assumes difficulty due to confusion and complexity. (i.e. "I don’t know what to do")

Demanding assumes difficulty due to effort and consistency. (i.e. "It requires much from me").

True health isn’t complicated. But it is demanding.
