You can recognize the health of an individual by their ability to create and maintain relationships.

You have the ability to determine what you think.

  • Want to be a leader? Start thinking about others, not simply yourself.

  • Want to be an athlete? Start thinking about winning, not simply participating.

  • Want to be truly healthy? Start thinking about what’s beneficial, not simply comforting.

What you think about directly impacts who you become.

You formed many of your beliefs in childhood. Some are true. Many are not.

You must:

  • Identify them.

  • Evaluate where they came from.

  • Determine if they are true or false.

Truly healthy people have the ability to identify false beliefs and replace them with truth.

“We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." (2 Corinthians 10v5)
