Fact: Habits are created based on repetition and frequency, not by the clock ticking.

The next 30 days can pass and you can do something once or you can do it 100 times.

Consistency trumps commitment.

1. Flexibility - adapting your diet to fit your lifestyle

2. Consistency - eating whole/clean/real foods frequently

3. Accuracy - being precise with your prescription

4. Sustainability - doing tomorrow what you did today

If your nutrition program is void of one, it will fail.
