#1 — "Getting healthy" is physical only. 

Health programs help you lose weight & get fit, but it stops there. It has nothing to help you internally. But what good is a bullet-proof body with a crippling soul?

 

#2 – "Being a Christian" is spiritual only. 

The Christian life has been reduced to believing the right things to "get to heaven," which is far off from what Jesus demonstrated. He said, "Love God with all your heart, soul, mind & strength," or in other words ... every part of you.

 

We need a version of health, anchored in Jesus, that encompasses every part: body, mind & soul.
