The Christian life has been reduced to believing the right things to "get to heaven," which is far off from what Jesus demonstrated. He said, "Love God with all your heart, soul, mind & strength," or in other words ... every part of you.

Habit #4: Move Often – prioritizing physically active behaviors over sedentary onesÂ
- Baseline practice: get 8,000+ steps every day
Habit #5: Increase Clarity – increasing self-awareness to replace lies with truth

Habit #6: Decrease Stress – minimizing unnecessary stress done to you by you

Habit #7: Cultivate Community – experiencing deep, authentic connection with others
- Baseline practice: perform 1 relationally-enhancing behavior every day
