Hey, I'm Alex.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer for HOLO HLTH.

With over a decade in the health and fitness field, my personal mission is to help people become healthy in every area of their life. 

With a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a Masters in Christian Leadership (MACL, EP-C, CF-L1 & CF-L2), I have spent many hours researching health in different sectors to help you finally become truly healthy. I've written 2 books about true health & own a brick-and-morter gym in Georgia as well. 

In addition to creating content for HOLO HLTH, I get the privilege to be the husband to Hannah and the father of Andi, Crew & Emma.

Hey, I'm Trevor.

Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer for HOLO HLTH.

For nearly all my life, I thought how I looked or felt about my body determined my health. Over the last several years, the Lord showed me that health is so much bigger and better than what culture leads us to believe. One of my callings is to help others experience the truly healthy life Jesus offers in John 10:10. And that's why I am here at HOLO HLTH.

During my 8 years in the industry, I have acquired my Bachelors in Sport Management, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate, Working Against Gravity Nutrition Certification, and have helped hundreds of people pursue greater levels of health.

Outside of HOLO HLTH, I am lucky to be married to my wife Erin, enjoy moving often, and am a sucker for a good cup of coffee.

Rooted in 1 Corinthians 6, our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. And we are to honor God with our bodies.

The reason we increase levels of health is to love others better.

WHY WE DO IT

 

Built on a biblical foundation, HOLO HLTH seeks to remove unnecessary limitations in your life (i.e. stress, excess weight, anxiety, depression, pain, lethargy) to help experience life to the fullest (John 10:10).

We help people achieve this, not for themselves though, but for a greater purpose: to love and serve others well.

Jesus said the most important commandment is to “Love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind and strength” and to “Love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:37). 

When you optimize your health, it will not only benefit you but your neighbor as well.

  • Health is freedom (increased ability to do what God is calling you to do)
  • Health is an alignment with God's design (body, mind, soul)
  • Health is a means to an end (to love others better)
  • Health is a spectrum (ranging from season to season)
  • Health is a tension to manage (not a problem to solve)
  • Health is sustainable (something you maintain in every season)
  • Health is your holistic pursuit towards Jesus (Jesus is the perfection of health)

When you become truly healthy, you will experience Jesus' invitation of "life to the full" from John 10v10. Full of energy, strength, vitality, hope, laughter, presence, joy & peace.

Ultimately, we help you like what you see in the mirror & love the inner peace you feel.
