Content

Over 6 sessions, you'll learn what it means to pursue God's design of health, and how it's connected to your faith.

You will learn what habits impact your health the most and complete guided activities to build these into your life. 

 

What's included?

Each session is comprised of a video teaching, reflection questions, and homework to build a personal plan.

You will get a free digital workbook that progresses with the program to take notes and create your plan (with option to purchase physical copy).

In addition, the course includes an exclusive podcast for additional learning, and supplemental resources (workouts, recipes, prayers, etc) to make health easier for you.

At the end of the course, you'll take the 7 Habits of Health Assessment to learn what area(s) need your attention, and then you will craft your personal True Health Plan designed to help you keep stewarding your health well.
