Content
Over six sessions, you'll learn what it means to pursue God's design of health, and how it's connected to your faith.
You will learn what habits impact your health the most and complete guided activities to build these into your life.
What's included?
Each session is comprised of teachings, breaks for guided discussions, and time where you'll apply what you learned.
Purchasing the course includes a weekly call with Alex or Trevor to unpack what you've learned and build that week's plan.
You will get a digital workbook that progresses with the program to take notes and create your plan (with option to purchase physical copy).
In addition, the course includes an exclusive podcast for additional learning, and supplemental resources (workouts, recipes, prayers, etc) to make health easier for you.
At the end of the course, you'll take our True Health Assessment to learn what area(s) need your attention, and then you will craft your True Health plan with your Coach.
*This is not a 6 week weight loss or workout program. This course will help you break the endless cycle of struggling with your health. It is the foundation of pursuing the truly healthy life Jesus offers.*
